Meet Mimi
“Being a leader can be lonely sometimes, especially when you’re working on issues and causes that seem like every force is pushing you back. Community and connection are our pathway out of burnout and isolation.”
Mimi Garcia (she/her) is a seasoned facilitator, strategist, and storyteller. She works with progressive mission-based organizations and individuals to develop and implement just, equitable, and ambitious visions with their communities.
With a background in nonprofit leadership, strategic communications, and issue-based organizing, Mimi brings a broad set of skills and experiences to shepherd organizations through strategy and decision-making processes.
Mimi uses a multidisciplinary approach to facilitation that creates space for creativity, collaboration, and embraces different personalities and learning types. She loves exploring new engagement techniques and strategies for designing transformational experiences. Mimi lives in Austin, TX with her partner, two kids, two cats, and a neglected vegetable garden.

Meet Eileen

Eileen Garcia (she/her) has spent her career working in support of the social impact sector. She has worked with a wide variety of nonprofit organizations across the country advising, providing training, and leading organizational development efforts. Her consulting work is grounded in her experience directly within the sector, including over a decade of experience as the lead executive of two Austin-based nonprofits and service on various nonprofit boards.
Eileen provides coaching and advising to help her clients understand and advance equity in service delivery and operations. She serves as an individual advisor to nonprofit leaders and leads organizations in processes to develop strategy, improve operations and culture, and engage board members effectively.
Eileen is committed to elevating unheard voices and supporting organizations that strive to do good. Eileen seeks to help organizations better understand themselves and their impact on their communities through all facets of their operations.
